Having the same address as these prestigious companies would definitely pump-up the company’s image and perception towards customers and clients.
In terms of rental, Etiqa Twins seems reasonable. However, one can opt for a better and newer office within the same budget range such as GTower and Wisma UOA II which are currently tagged at RM6.50 and RM4.50 psf respectively.
